Information KMP collects

KMP may collect information a customer chooses to provide, such as a name, phone number, email address, location, service request, and device or trade-in details.

KMP should collect identity or account documents only when a confirmed service and applicable law require them.

How information is used

Information may be used to answer questions, check availability or eligibility, arrange activation, support number transfers, assess trade-ins, and improve customer support.

KMP should not use contact details for unrelated marketing unless the customer has made a clear choice to receive it.

When information is shared

KMP may share the minimum information needed with network operators, service partners, device inspectors, or technology providers that help complete a customer request.

KMP should not sell personal information and should require service providers to protect information used on KMP’s behalf.

Storage and security

KMP should retain personal information only for as long as it is needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, dispute handling, or service records.

Reasonable access controls, secure systems, and staff practices should be used to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, a customer may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information and may withdraw optional consent.

KMP may need to verify the requester before acting and should explain when a legal exception prevents a request from being completed.

Children’s information

KMP’s customer services are not designed for children to use independently. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult should manage any service involving a minor.

If information about a child was provided without appropriate authorization, contact KMP so the situation can be reviewed.

Privacy questions

Use the KMP contact form for privacy questions or requests. Describe the request without sending passwords, payment details, or identity documents through an ordinary message.

The approved policy should include KMP’s confirmed privacy contact, company details, and any country-specific rights or notices.
